Malaysian Intervarsity Leadership Conference 2014 Payment System



      STEP 1:
      Make your payment (RM100) via cash deposit machine to:

OR

  Via online banking

STEP 2:
      *Send a message to 017-6312638 (Lim Hui Min) IMMEDIATELY after making the payment to inform on the following details:

Name (as shown on your bank account)  :
I.C No.                                                                :
Reference number on the payment slip    :
Time of transaction ( HH : MM )                  :
Date of transaction ( DD : MM : YY )          :
Email address                                                :
Bank (if using online banking)                    :
 *Strictly no short forms on wording in the message.


    STEP 3:
A confirmation email will be sent to your inbox to verify that your payment has been received within 5 days.

    In case you do not receive the confirmation email after your payment within 5 days, kindly drop us an email via “umac.milc2014@gmail.com”.
    
STEP 4:
Bring TWO copies of the payment slip (NOT the verification email) on MILC's event day (21st January 2014) for registration purpose.
  
   The two copies will be stamped during registration and MILC committees will keep one copy of the payment slip.
  

Procedures of keeping the payment slip if online banking users
1) After you have completed the fund transferring process, a payment receipt showing “Successful” or “Accepted for processing” will appears.
2) Click “Print”.
3) Under “Printer name”, choose “Microsoft XPS Document Writer”.
4) Name the file and select a location to save the file.
*This method enables you to save the file if you do not have printer at the moment you make the online payment.


Reminder:
1) Final verification of payment is based on the hard copy of the payment slip received on registration day (21st January 2014). Any failures to present the hard copies of payment slip during registration will be assumed to have NOT paid for the event and therefore you are required to make the payment of RM100 immediately during the registration.

2) For online banking, you are required to print at least TWO copies of payment slip to be presented during registration on event day.


3) For inter-bank online banking transaction, duration of processing is expected to be at least three working days after the payment.
