Jegatheeswaran Manoharan is the co-founder of Accordia
Training and Development Sdn Bhd. He is also the President of the Malaysian
Association of Professional Speakers (MAPS). He is well experienced in the area
of team synergy and leadership. Graduated from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia
with a degree in Marine Technology, that has cultured his sharp analytical
skills and an eye for detail. He has several years of sales experience of
industrial products and services with million dollar contracts.
Jega is a Certified Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP)
Practitioner and has spent his last 15 years in a personal quest to discover
the science of human motivation and organizational excellence. He lives his
passion of researching and developing better approaches to improving
organizational results. His obsession for continuous improvement caused him to
challenge many conventional ideas to human resource training.
Over the years, Jega has addressed over 20,000
audiences in training and speaking engagements. His passion for excellence
makes him a dynamic speaker to address both the areas of personal and
organizational excellence. His management ideas are known to be, out of the
box, controversial and sometimes even out right crazy… but at the same time
interesting and makes practical sense.
Jega has also developed several high grade management
simulations that are used to effectively embed management principles. His
experience and expertise have drawn him to specialize in the area of Team
Leadership & Team Development. With high powered simulations and fun filled
participation, participants really enjoy their personal involvement and sharing
of experience.
Among the organizations that has been trained by Jega
are; Petronas, AmBank, DHL, Carrefour,
AkzoNobel, Astro, RHB Bank, University Malaya and Samsung.
