Mohd Fuzi or “ZIFU” as he is involved in sales and training circle as early as 1985 with his involvement in an MLM company from USA. His full commitment in sales really started when he decided to resigned from his bank career and focus seriously in insurance. He lives by the motto he once heard “If You Can Sell Insurance You Can Sell Anything”.

His passion in training and speaking develops as an automatic choice since his career involved in these fields almost daily. His speaking engagement are initially mainly for charitable and voluntary purposes. His vast experience in the insurance industry has resulted in a lot of invitation to speak and conduct motivations seminars.

Procedures of keeping the payment slip if online banking users
1) After you have completed the fund transferring process, a payment receipt showing “Successful” or “Accepted for processing” will appears.
2) Click “Print”.
3) Under “Printer name”, choose “Microsoft XPS Document Writer”.
4) Name the file and select a location to save the file.
*This method enables you to save the file if you do not have printer at the moment you make the online payment.


Reminder:
1) Final verification of payment is based on the hard copy of the payment slip received on registration day (21st January 2014). Any failures to present the hard copies of payment slip during registration will be assumed to have NOT paid for the event and therefore you are required to make the payment of RM100 immediately during the registration.

2) For online banking, you are required to print at least TWO copies of payment slip to be presented during registration on event day.


3) For inter-bank online banking transaction, duration of processing is expected to be at least three working days after the payment.

Currently Head of Leaderonomics’ Career Division, Andrew Lau has vast experience across multiple roles in the oil & gas industry, specialising in talent development & project management. He has almost 10 years of working experience, the bulk of which was spent at Shell.

In Shell, Andrew worked extensively in Asia and Europe implementing commercial projects with values exceeding USD 110 Million, managed global IT orders exceeding USD 50 Million, implemented change initiatives for thousands of Shell staff and conducted workshops for senior global & regional leaders. He was also brand custodian for Shell FuelSave, Shell’s main grade fuel in Malaysia. In this role he spearheaded Shell’s biggest product launch in 5 years; garnering a 3 fold increase in sales volumes. He is also a recipient of 4 Special Recognition Awards from Shell.

Andrew started his career as a sales specialist before advancing rapidly in Shell where he held various roles including Customer Service Executive, Operational Buyer (Supply Chain), Lead Procurement Analyst (Finance), Brand Manager (Marketing).

He was in the pioneer batch of Shell Assessors, where he was charged with interviewing & recruiting top graduate talents for Shell. He was also a Campus Ambassador for Shell in Universiti Malaysia Sabah – helping Shell to become the No. 1 Employer* of choice among graduates in Malaysia.

Andrew graduated with a degree in computer science from UPM, is a certified Business Analyst from George Washington University and also a certified Shell Graduate Assessor.

He is an avid guitar player and is currently the touring guitarist for Juwita Suwito, playing in various concerts, festivals and charity events. He has also played for artistes such as Dato’ Siti Nurhaliza, Faizal Tahir, Jacqueline Victor, Vince Chong, Liang, Atilia, Francesca Peter, and many others.
